Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ISHANOX GLOBAL. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, products, website, and business interactions. By engaging with ISHANOX GLOBAL for any service, maintenance work, supply of equipment or spare parts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), training, or related activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Information
ISHANOX GLOBAL is a service-oriented organization specializing in Solid Waste Management (SWM 2.0) equipment solutions, including sales, service, maintenance, repair, installation, and AMC support. Our services cover garbage collection vehicles, shredder machines, baling machines, conveyor systems, napkin vending machines, and associated equipment across Tamil Nadu.
2. Scope of Services
ISHANOX GLOBAL provides preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, on-site support, spare parts supply, installation, commissioning, and operator training. The scope of work will be clearly defined in the quotation, work order, AMC agreement, or service contract. Any work outside the agreed scope will be charged additionally and will be executed only after customer approval.
3. Service Requests & Scheduling
All service requests must be raised through official communication channels such as phone, email, or written work orders. Service schedules are subject to technician availability, site conditions, and geographic location. While we strive for fast response, timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue, availability of spare parts, and external factors beyond our control.
4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC services are provided as per the terms agreed in the AMC document. AMC coverage includes only the items specifically mentioned and excludes consumables unless stated otherwise. AMC does not cover damages due to misuse, negligence, power fluctuations, natural disasters, fire, flooding, accidents, or unauthorized repairs carried out by third parties. Payments for AMC must be made as per agreed milestones to ensure uninterrupted service.
5. Spare Parts & Equipment
ISHANOX GLOBAL supplies genuine OEM spare parts whenever available. In cases where OEM parts are unavailable, equivalent quality parts may be used with customer consent. All supplied parts remain the property of ISHANOX GLOBAL until full payment is received. Warranty on spare parts, if applicable, is limited to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and does not cover improper usage or installation.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Payment terms will be specified in quotations or invoices and must be adhered to strictly. Delayed payments may result in service suspension, additional charges, or interest as per prevailing business norms. ISHANOX GLOBAL reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in material cost, labor charges, or statutory requirements.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions at the service site. Adequate power supply, operational access, and cooperation must be ensured during service execution. ISHANOX GLOBAL will not be responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by site restrictions, unsafe environments, or lack of customer coordination.
8. Equipment Usage & Operation
All equipment serviced or installed by ISHANOX GLOBAL must be operated strictly according to manufacturer guidelines. Any damage resulting from improper handling, overloading, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with safety instructions will void service warranties and AMC coverage.
9. Training Services
Operator and staff training is provided to enhance safe and effective equipment usage. Training sessions are limited to operational guidance and basic safety practices. ISHANOX GLOBAL is not responsible for operator errors occurring after training completion.
10. Liability & Limitations
ISHANOX GLOBAL shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of productivity, revenue, or operational delays. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for damages caused by natural calamities, power failures, fire, accidents, or third-party interference.
11. Service Warranty
Service warranty, if applicable, covers only the workmanship performed by ISHANOX GLOBAL for a limited period as specified in the service invoice. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, consumables, or parts not supplied by us.
12. Cancellation & Termination
Customers may cancel services with prior written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. ISHANOX GLOBAL reserves the right to terminate services or AMC agreements in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or unsafe working conditions.
13. Intellectual Property
All documents, service reports, training materials, designs, and technical information shared by ISHANOX GLOBAL remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, pricing, and operational details. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Tamil Nadu.
16. Amendments
ISHANOX GLOBAL reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
